The hubby and I are planning on taking a trip to Utah hopefully in November 2010. We were wondering if anyone has some tips on what places are a must to visit and what things to do that would be fun that time of year.

We love fishing, camping, hiking, off-roading, snowboarding, basically there isn't anything we don't like to do so all ideas are welcome, please.
